DMCA Policy

Kingsley Cap Co. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on kingsley-caps.co infringes a copyright you own or are authorised to act for, please send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, including the URL(s) where it appears.
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.
2. What Happens After a Notice
When we receive a valid notice, we will:
- review the notice,
- remove or disable access to the material in question, where appropriate,
- notify the person who provided the material, where possible, and give them a copy of the notice.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, postal address and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
Send your counter-notification to the same address and email as above, with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice".
When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the person who submitted the original notice. Unless they notify us that they have filed a court action to restrain the activity, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days of receiving the counter-notification.
4. False or Misleading Notices
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees. Please consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
5. Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Trademarks and Other Intellectual Property
If you believe your trademark or another intellectual property right is being infringed on our Site, please email info@kingsley-caps.co with details of your right, the content concerned and its location. We will review and respond to every report.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
